Planting that survives a real workplace

If your people are being asked into the office more, the space has to be worth the trip. Greenery is one of the few levers that changes how a floor feels without rebuilding it — as long as what goes in can actually live there.

We specify, install and look after interior planting for offices, building lobbies, coworking, hospitality and display suites — across Sydney, the Illawarra, the Southern Highlands and the Central Coast.

who we work with

Four kinds of commercial client

Fit-out companies & interior designers

We come in at specification, not at the end. You get species that suit the actual light in each position, planter sizes that work with the joinery, and a handover the client can follow — plus someone who turns up on install day with stock that's already been checked.

Specify · Supply · Install

Building & facilities managers

Lobbies, end-of-trip facilities and common areas, kept to a schedule. Every visit is logged and photographed against the individual plant, and each quarter you get a plain summary — the paperwork that makes the spend easy to justify upstairs.

Recurring care · Reporting

Coworking & flexible workspace

High traffic, high wear, and members who notice when something looks tired. We plan for that: hardy species in the exposed positions, a replacement promise on care plans, and servicing arranged around how the floor is actually used.

Hard-wearing · Scheduled

Display suites & leasing campaigns

A campaign that runs six months doesn't need plants you own. Hire covers delivery, arrangement, maintenance and rotation, so the space photographs well on day one and still looks alive at the end — then it all goes back.

why specify us

The part most plant suppliers skip

Interior planting fails for boring reasons: the wrong species in a dark corner, a sealed planter with no drainage, or nobody checking until the leaves drop. All three are avoidable at specification.

We measure the light where the plant will actually sit rather than at standing height, check what the air and airflow do to a position, and say plainly when a spot won't support what's been drawn. That conversation is cheaper before the fit-out than after it.

We also make the potting method a deliberate decision rather than a default — sealed and planted directly for the pieces that have to look built-in, grow pots inside planters where the plants need to be swapped and watered properly. Both explained here.

how we work with trade

Predictable, and documented

01

Specification

Light and position readings, species list, planter schedule and quantities — issued as something you can put in a package.

02

Supply

Stock sourced and checked before it arrives. Itemised: plants, planters, media and labour listed separately.

03

Install

Delivered and installed around your programme, cleaned up, and handed over with care notes for the client.

04

Maintain

Scheduled visits, logged and photographed per plant, with a quarterly summary and replacement of anything that fails on a care plan.

worth saying plainly

What we won't do

We won't quote you the sick-leave and productivity statistics that get repeated around this industry — we can't stand behind them, and you don't need them to justify a decent workplace.

We also won't put a plant somewhere it will die to make a drawing look better. If a position can't support planting, we'll say so and suggest where it can go instead.
